Rhythmic electronica 3-piece MCP are set to release two new bangers and a video in early 2021, the first was launched on February 12 coming straight for you from the heart of inner city Redfern.
MCP’s mysterious 2020 debut releases Vantablack and Dwam featured impressive collabs with mural artist Sindy Sinn and illustrator Jeremy Lord. Both tracks were snapped up by the Aussie underground scene, and the Sydney based trio are determined to remain disguised in their dark 80’s trench coat of progressive electronica.
Nightcrawler was released last Friday and like any good sequel, MCP have doubled down on the budget, which means more explosions, a bigger plot and even scarier villains! The artwork for Nightcrawler was created by the one and only Ben Toupein.
“There are only a handful of things more iconic to the 80’s then the all-mighty Saxophone. It was pretty wild exploring not only the sax but a selection of woodwind instruments throughout the two songs. Once we infused them with bass, synth and drums, the combination led us to finding some solid themes to work with. Using less obvious instruments for the main melodies and to layer the harmonies, led us to a slightly new direction of sound we like to call… #spaceopera”.

My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.

I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
