“This is pop at its absolute best; purposeful, strong, stylistic and more so than anything, empowering.” – Purple Sneakers

Stemming from a desire to fulfil his own purpose, Sydney’s brand new singer-songwriter Lavrence poses the question – why exist quietly when your true self is just waiting to shine? Premiered via Purple Sneakers, the debut single “Shine” is paired with a fabulous lyric video, giving emphasis to the shameless exploration of self-love and empowerment.

Co-written and produced with Sydney’s DJ and producer Bobby Gray, and mastered by Brendan Zacharias, “Shine” is a song about being the star of your own life.
Lavrence explains, “it’s about finding that part of you where there’s no shame or fear and putting it out for the world to see – without needing validation.”
Lavrence’s taste for performance was quickly established after growing up in a music obsessed household, and quickly racing home from school each day to perform “Spice” by The Spice Girls, dressing up as either Ginger or Posh! He later honed these skills at a performing arts high school, where he studied singing, dancing and acting.
The singer-songwriter most recently made his performance debut at Heaps Gay’s The Haus Of Acrylic party at The Imperial Hotel, Sydney and is ecstatic to share the universe that he has lovingly created. Accept Lavrence and come out of the dark – even if it’s just for three minutes. After that…it’s up to you.
“Shine” is available now on all digital platforms!

My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
