Brian Fennell is a student of simplicity. As SYML (pronounced “simmel”), which translates to “simple” in Welsh, Fennell writes emotive songs that capture the ethos of his musical persona. Ultimately his songs are a kind and truthful depiction of emotion grounded by his gut-wrenching vocal delivery.
Bed is an intimate song. It’s about the words we tell each other when we’re alone as partners. Sometimes those words can be veiled in love or fear or infatuation but, intimacy can really only occur when we’re being honest. This song is about the challenge that presents, but also, about the beauty that occurs in that journey.
His self-titled debut album arrives on the 3rd of May, and was mixed by Grammy award winning engineer Joe Visciano (Beck, Adele). The album features breakout single, “Where’s My Love,” which is GOLD in the Netherlands, Ireland and Belgium and PLATINUM in Canada with well over 300 million combined streams and over 20 sync placements. It also includes his new radio single, “Clean Eyes” currently Top 25 on the Alternative Radio chart and climbing.
With 5+ Million monthly listeners on Spotify and 7 Million weekly streams, SYML is all the trend right now. We highly recommend you get aboard now before it’s too late. He was also named YouTube Artist on the Rise, Apple Music “Our Favourite New Artist”, Pandora 2018 Artist to Watch and was included in NPR’s Austin 100.

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
