The Black Crowes
.
Bluesfest Tours is proud to announce that due to overwhelming demand, global rock & roll icons THE BLACK CROWES have added a second Melbourne headline show at The Forum on Thursday 2 April 2026. Their show at the Forum on Friday 3 April has sold out!
This newly added Melbourne performance joins their national run of exclusive Bluesfest sideshows, bringing their electrifying, soulful, swagger-fuelled rock & roll to audiences across Australia this April 2026.
One of rock & roll’s most iconic and unapologetic bands, The Black Crowes return to Australia after their massive global reunion. Since reforming in 2019, the Robinson Brothers have reignited the fire that made them one of the most electrifying live acts on the planet—playing more than 150 shows across 20 countries.
Their last record Happiness Bastards earned a GRAMMY nomination for Best Rock Album and a 2025 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame nod, underscoring the band’s continued relevance and influence. Expect timeless hits including Remedy, She Talks to Angels, and Hard to Handle, performed with the raw energy, soul, and swagger that define The Black Crowes.
Special Guest: THE SOUTHERN RIVER BAND
.
.
Bluesfest Tours is thrilled to welcome The Southern River Band as the national support artist for The Black Crowes’ headline shows.
Trying to run a rock’n’roll band in Perth in the 21st century “isn’t exactly the coolest thing in the world,” as frontman Cal Kramer puts it — but The Southern River Band have never cared much for doing what’s expected. Their unshakeable attitude, blistering live energy, and commitment to doing things their way has earned them a devoted following across Australia and beyond.
Fresh from a run of UK and European dates, the band has been praised by rock royalty:
Justin Hawkins (The Darkness) called them “a proper fucking rock band” after hearing their 2023 single Stan Qualen.
Bernard Fanning (Powderfinger) slid into their DMs to say he loved what they were doing — and then invited them to record at his Byron Bay studio with GRAMMY-winning producer Nick DiDia (Bruce Springsteen, Pearl Jam).
This resulted in their recently released album, Easier Said Than Done, recorded over 10 days in Byron Bay. The 12-track LP includes No Such Time — a song written for the band by Bernard Fanning himself.
Behind the humour, the Herculean mullet, and the sweat-drenched antics lies a seriously formidable unit: Cal Kramer (vocals/guitar), Pat Smith (bass), Dan Carroll (guitar), Tyler Michie (drums). The Southern River Band take their craft seriously — and their live show must be seen to be believed.

AMNPLIFY – DB

My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
