Praise for THE COLLIFLOWERS
“With their electric bendy guitar licks and emotionally charged lyrics, watching The Colliflowers play was like witnessing a delightful musical orgy of layered sounds that just worked so damn well.” Stephanie Jewell, The Rockpit
“The Colliflowers sound, a fusion of classic Aussie rock with a sprinkle of indie magic, is the kind of musical elixir that we obsess over here at Happy Mag.” Tammy Moir, Happy Mag
“Big ups, you guys. The blend of smoked out psych and modern Australian rock is done with the same kind of vibe as locals such as Ocean Alley, Vanilla Gorilla and more.” Dave Ruby Howe, Triple J Unearthed
“The type of song that you get lost in and suddenly the whole arvo is gone and the sun is setting.” Declan Byrne, Triple J
“Not hard to see how this could work for a lot of people. Easy, jam band feel with a moreish chorus.” Max Quinn, Triple J

Great mates and good times, The Colliflowers are your friendly neighbourhood indie rock band from Byron Bay/Northern Rivers, Australia!
Comprising Gary Collocott (vocals), Rachael Goddard (drums), Nelson Ludeke (lead guitar) and Alex Pereira (bass), the 4-piece delivers a dynamic fusion of indie rock and pop for the perfect sun-soaked, feel-good soundtrack.
Known for their high-energy live shows and infectious tunes, The Colliflowers have already become a well-known name in the aussie music scene, selling out headline shows in Sydney and Melbourne, touring with The Rubens, DICE, Sun Room (USA) and The Vanns, and making festival appearances at Spaced Out (QLD), Tone City Records Festival (WA), and Byron Music Festival (NSW).
Following the success of their recent releases, ‘Waterhead’ and ‘San Pedro’, the band are back with the final taste of their debut EP , ‘Moment In Time’, dropping on September 10th. An uplifting indie-rock anthem that fans of The Rubens, Lime Cordiale or The Rions will enjoy. It’s the third and final preview from their highly anticipated debut EP ‘Mirage Hotel’, which is set to drop on September 25th!
‘Moment in Time’ is an uplifting indie-rock anthem that captures the beauty of small moments shared with loved ones we’ve lost, the kind that pass quickly but linger in our hearts forever. Inspired by a late-night fireside memory under the stars with a loyal German Shepherd who recently passed, the song reflects on how life’s quiet, simple moments often become our most treasured.

“So breathe it in, let go, enjoy this moment just a little more.” – Lyrics from ‘Moment In Time’
Driven by punchy guitar riffs, staggered bass and drum grooves, and a huge, hook-filled chorus, ‘Moment in Time’ balances raw emotion with infectious energy. Spacious, reverb-soaked verses and rich harmonies draw you in, while the catchy vocal melody will have crowds singing and dancing from the first listen.
For fans of The Rubens, Lime Cordiale and The Rions, this track delivers both warmth and bittersweet nostalgia. A reminder to slow down, soak it in, and hold tight to the moments shared with friends and loved ones.
Recorded and mixed by Central Coast producer Jack Nigro at Sonora Studios (DMA’, Pacific Avenue, Rum Jungle), who has been responsible for past releases such as ‘Waterhead’, ‘Devil’s Child’ and ‘Devil’s Child’, audiences can expect another high-quality track that’s sure to become a playlist favourite and setlist staple.
Whether it be from The Colliflowers’ live show or from their prolific social media presence, which has garnered over 87,000 likes on TikTok and over 311,000 streams in the last 12 months on Spotify alone, The Colliflowers are certainly making a name for themselves in the Australian independent music scene. Previous releases from the Northern Rivers/Byron Bay band have had airtime on national radio and TV, including RAGE, Triple J and Triple J Unearthed, and editorial playlists such as New Music Daily, Today’s Indie Rock, Good Times and New In Rock from Apple Music.
With ‘San Pedro’ paving the way for their debut EP ‘Mirage Hotel’ set for release on September 25th, a national headline tour kicking off in October, and a spot on Rolling Sets Festival on November 29th, The Colliflowers are showing no signs of slowing down! Don’t sleep on them and join the club! The Colliflowers release ‘Moment In Time’ on all platforms on September 10th, followed by a fun music video later that day.

AMNPLIFY – DB

My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
