“The Dead Love’s power-pop hooks catapult grunge into the 2010’s. We could have a fully-fledged revival on our hands here people.” – Music feeds

Sydney grunge revivalists The Dead Love are stoked to announce the details for their brand new single today. Self recorded and mixed across The Grove Studios and Electric Sun, ‘Sugarcoat’ is the blistering follow up to 2016’s breakout singles ‘Summer’ and ‘Wastelands’ and the band’s first new music for 2017.
The new single coincides with a stellar run of live dates including festivals and club shows throughout September. They’ll bring their infamous live show to Snowtunes Festival (alongside bands like Gang of Youths, DZ Deathrays, Skeggs) before supporting Wolf & Cub then heading back out on the road for multiple shows with the mighty Grinspoon.

They were selected for Canadian Music Week in 2016 and again in 2017. They’ve shared the stage with bands like Dune Rats, British India, Kingswood, WAAX, Smith Street Band, The Delta Riggs, Luca Brasi and many more.

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
