It’s been over ten years since the original lineup of rock band ANTISKEPTIC finished up after a ten year career that spanned a massive 1000 shows worldwide. They toured with the likes of Midnight Oil, Jimmy Eat World, Dashboard Confessional, Jebediah, Anberlin, Switchfoot, Millencolin, Everclear and Unwritten Law (to name a few). Their unique blend of anthemic and melodic rock cemented their position as one of the country’s finest live acts.
It is with huge excitement we announce that the band will now join indie rock legends The Get Up Kids as special guests on their upcoming Australian tour this October. With a newfound fire and passion burning brighter than ever, this is not just a reunion tour – ANTISKEPTIC ARE BACK and set to wow Australian punters once again.

Everyone’s favourite mid-western emo pioneers,The Get Up Kids, will return to Australia this October for the first time in eight years.
Being a fan of THE GET UP KIDS brings sheer joy. The twinkly guitars, heartfelt lyrics, breathless hooks and feverish intensity will pull you in, demanding non-stop sing-a-longs. No wonder they are one of underground punk’s most influential bands, shaping emo and pop- punk culture for over 20 years.
The Get Up Kids will share songs spanning their incredible career and new tracks from their new album Problems which came out May 10 through Dine Alone Records.

My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
