THE GRASS IS GREENER
adds artist to
National lineup
.
.
The Grass Is Greener have historically supported up and coming artists both locally, nationally and internationally. In the past we have seen acts like Hayden James, Ocean Alley, Manu Crooks, and Peking Duk be supported by the festival. As it’s rooted into the festival’s DNA this year will be no different.
Adding to the lineup The Grass Is Greener will once again welcome Wafia, the Irani-Syrian born Australian act who released her newest single ‘In The Honey’ this past May. She has been on a hot streak since 2016 amassing over 400 million streams and becoming one of Australia’s most adored voices in pop. One of the most exciting additions will be Geelong’s chilled out indie rock outfit The Grogans who will wave the victorian flag proudly as they settle you in with their relaxed melodies perfect for a sundown sip of beer. They are currently embarking on their sold out Australian tour and will be primed to put on a perfect festival set.
If you are looking for that relaxing euphoric festival feeling, The Grass Is Greener welcomes Juno Mambo whose recently successful single ‘Us’, tip toes the line that Rufus Du Sol has made so famous across the world. If you want an injection of local energy you will also be pleasantly surprised to see Guadion and Reuben being swiftly added to what is already an incredible lineup.

Sharing the stage with international superstars, Ty Dolla Sign, YG, Sticky Fingers & PNAU would be a dream come true for any local act. Noah Devega, Volaris and Dean Turnley will be living that dream as they join for a stacked experience. Like any event with huge logistical elements, unforeseen circumstances can force a change and sadly are without Piero Pirupa, Mashd N Kutcher, Zero (UK) and Jordan Burns.
With Visas being approved and the incredible response from punters across Australia we are ready and locked in to see some of the biggest acts in the world strut their stuff in regional locations. Come October 22nd, we will see the amazing combination of headliners grace the stage backed up by Alok, Boo Seeka and Onefour, who will be performing their only 4 shows for Australia this year.
“This has been incredibly challenging to bring something together in the current market and state we are in. We as a team are so pumped to have this lineup ready to blow the stage up, you don’t want to miss what is behind the gates” – Handpicked Group
With a headline lineup completely unique to any festival in the market, The Grass Is Greener 2022 will be one of the most talked about music events this year. Everything is locked, everything is loaded and we cannot wait to open the gates and see you on the other side.

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
