The unstoppable force that is The Jungle Giants have achieved Gold Status accreditation from ARIA with two singles ‘Used To Be In Love’ and ‘Feel The Way I Do’, from their third album Quiet Ferocity.
‘Used To Be In Love’ and ‘Feel The Way I Do’ have won the hearts of a legion of music fans, coming in at #16 and #59 respectively in the triple j Hottest 100.
Fellow Quiet Ferocity tracks ‘On Your Way Down’ and ‘Bad Dream’ reached #50 and #57. Securing four tracks in the Hottest 100 is an amazing feat for a completely independent band, especially given it was only matched by international major label artists Kendrick Lamar and Lorde, and local major label artists Gang of Youths.
The Jungle Giants defied expectations with career-high third album Quiet Ferocity. Produced by lead singer, songwriter, guitarist Sam Hales, and completely funded by the band themselves, the album has racked up well over 50 million Spotify streams, topped numerous 2017 Best Of lists, and landed at #7 on triple j listeners Top 10 Albums of 2017.
The album also saw them share the Air Award for Best Independent Album, complete two huge sold out national tours, and deliver electric sets at a raft of festivals including Splendour in the Grass, Falls Festival, Groovin the Moo, Yours and Owls, and many more.
The band will be closing out the year with a sure-to-be blistering set at Beyond the Valley and NYE In The Park.

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
