“…punk furnishing with a 90’s alternative-rock interior and a shoegazey front lawn.” explains James Redman, lead singer and founding member of Perth four-piece The Limbs, who’s story has been one with ups, downs, lineup changes, festival appearances and the movement from three to four members bringing a bigger and more colourful atmosphere to their songwriting and live performance in 2018.
After a great response from the first single ‘Don’t Sell Me Out’, the second single from the upcoming EP ‘Dive In’ was released in August titled ‘Caught Me At A Bad Time’ with support from Triple J Unearthed Radio, RTRFM, 4ZZZ & a host of other Australian radio stations, aswell as a music video filmed at Mojos Bar Fremantle and Rhubarb Records.
The Limbs will release their new 6-Track EP ‘Dive In’, recorded with local legend Andy Lawson, on Friday November 9th at Perth’s premium music venue Jack Rabbit Slims with friends Candy Guts, Tanaya Harper (Band) & Grace Armstrong (Band) along for the party.

My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
