There is always a time and place for everything, and WA’s adored indie/ folk/ country-rock outfit The Little Lord Street Band are today announcing the release of their long-awaited sophomore album ‘Time And Place’, being released on April 22.
An album that has been in the works for some time now, ‘Time And Place’ is lush in melody and memory, wistful yet not too world weary. It’s all things that The Little Lord Street Band have been, and everything they are becoming.

“I guess it’s a ‘looking back’ album,” James Rogers states. “It’s about when you get to that point in your life and you look back on what’s happened or what’s been going on. It’s that sort of longing for something that you can’t have back. It’s quite glass half empty, but at the same time, it’s about enjoying your memories.”
Filled to the brim with lively, roadtripping country-rock to pensive porch stories, the 11-track album touches on those highs and lows in life that can only ever now be looked back on.

Previously released, indie-imbued country-rock single ‘High Beams’ appears, and the soon-to-be-revealed title track ‘Time And Place’, co-written with Thomas Busby (Busby Marou) and James Stuchbery-Davis (Jimmy Davis) makes for a sobering reflection of years gone by – unwittingly fitting as 2024 marks 10 years of The Little Lord Street Band.
A decade on, this little country band has achieved big things in their time. ‘Time And Place’ from The Little Lord Street Band is out on Friday, April 22.

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
