Praise for THE VANNS
“Powered by soaring vocals, shining guitars and crashing percussion, it’s got your next fave crowd singalong written all over it.” TRIPLE J
“The VANNS delivered one of the best shows that I have ever been to at the venue. From their controlling stage presence and music sounding exactly like their recordings, to the killer support acts – it was a show that you really didn’t want to be missing at all.” UNGRAINED MAG
“The four-piece have grown to become a quintessential name to the Australian rock scene and the many pockets of brilliance it contains, taking a ‘quality AND quantity’ approach to songwriting that ensures that they’re never quite forgotten about without having to compensate in their work’s strength: an incredibly difficult task the band have come to flourish in.” PILERATS
“…anticipation grew for South Coast favorites The Vanns, who have become a true powerhouse of modern-day Australian rock and roll in recent years. Armed with a festival-ready, stadium-filling sound and electric showmanship, The Vanns turned it up to 11…” FORTE MAG
“…guitar riffs have become more complex and their overall sound is tighter and sharper, allowing more space to grow as a four-piece.” HYSTERIA MAGAZINE
As they prepare to embark their next large stretch of Australian touring, THE VANNS have given fans another insight into just how busy they have been plotting for these opening months of 2024 to be!
With their 21-date regional tour of Australia booked in and set to kick off in Victoria this month, the South Coast boys have announced that the previously announced Wollongong show at Waves on Saturday 23 March is more than just a opportunity for THE VANNS to reconnect with fans on home turf.
It’s the debut of their very own mini-festival, curated by the band to include performances from some of their faves and friends: the BRING IT ON HOME FESTIVAL.
Headlined by THE VANNS, the Bring It On Home Festival will also feature sets from some of Australia’s best homegrown talent including Tyne-James Organ, The Moving Stills, Surely Shirley, The Colliflowers and GOSH.
Says THE VANNS of bringing this event together, “In the words of Thin Lizzy, the boys (us) are back in town, more specifically, regional Australian towns. We’re gonna be heading all around Australia, and hitting some dots on the map that we’ve never played before, so grab your tickets and we can’t bloody wait to see y’all there!” THE VANNS
Tickets for the Bring It On Home Festival are on sale now via THE VANNS’ official website, with punters urged to jump on them quickly in order to share in this touchstone event for the band and the local music community.

My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
