#1: Olivia Rodrigo ‘Drivers License’ – For the second straight week, ‘Drivers License’ by Olivia Rodrigo tops the ARIA Singles Chart. In the last week, it also topped charts across the globe including the US, UK, Canada and New Zealand.
#5: Ariana Grande ‘34+35’ – Ariana Grande’s ‘34+35’ jumps up nine spots to claim a new peak at #5. The single, which originally peaked at #9 last October, has received a boost this week following the release of a remix featuring Doja Cat and Megan Thee Stallion. It’s the second Top 5 single from the album Positions (#2 Nov. ’20) after the title track (#1 Nov. ’20).
#11: Glass Animals ‘Heat Waves’ – English pop group Glass Animals’ ‘Heat Waves’ continues its move up the chart, hitting #11 in its seventh week in the Top 50. This week the group released a new video where they reimagined the single as a sea shanty.
#16: Tiësto ‘The Business’ – Three weeks into its chart run, Tiësto’s ‘The Business’ jumps up nine spots to claim a new peak at #16. A remixed version featuring American rapper Ty Dolla Sign, entitled ‘The Business Part II’, was released this week.

Albums Chartifacts:
#1: Illy ‘The Space Between’ – Illy scores his second #1 album on the ARIA Charts with The Space Between. The Melbourne rapper’s sixth album and first in five years is the follow-up to Two Degrees (#1 Nov. ’16). It features the single ‘Then What’ (#33 Aug. ’19), as well as appearances from Guy Sebastian and G Flip, among others.
The Space Between is the first Australian #1 album on the ARIA Charts in 2021.
#2: Why Don’t We ‘The Good Times And The Bad Ones’ – Releasing second album The Good Times And The Bad Ones, American boy band Why Don’t We take out their highest chart peak. Coming just over two years on from 8 Letters (#10 Sept. ’18), the new album comes after the group released twelve standalone singles during 2019.
#5: Eminem ‘Music To Be Murdered By’ – Eminem’s Music To Be Murdered By jumps back up the chart 21 places to hit #5. It comes following the physical release of the deluxe edition of the album, which spent one week at #1 in January/February 2020.
#10: Zayn ‘Nobody Is Listening’ – Zayn returns to the Albums Chart for the first time since 2016 with Nobody Is Listening which debuts at #10. The third solo album from the former One Direction member is the follow-up to 2018’s Icarus Falls, which charted outside of the Top 50. Zayn’s debut album Mind Of Mine spent a week at #1 in April 2016.
