Recent Rock ‘N’ Roll Hall of Fame inductee Tim Rogers has announced his Le Charme Defensif tour, a string of intimate solo shows scheduled for March and April next year, with tickets on sale now.
Kicking off in Melbourne on March 20, the beloved artist will traverse the east coast with performances in Old Bar on the NSW Mid-North Coast, Queensland’s Sunshine Coast and Brisbane, followed by Canberra, the Tallagandra Hill Winery in Gundaroo NSW, Newcastle, Sydney, wrapping the tour at the historic Milton Theatre on the NSW South Coast on April 19.
Tim expressed today, “Le Charme Defensif a tour based around defying expectations. Once again, what you may consider pretentious, we just call aspirational. There shall be laughter, but no tears, as in these my autumnal gears. I just can’t afford to lose the moisture”.
Known for his intelligence and craft in writing and performing some of Australia’s best and most loved songs as both a solo artist and fronting ARIA Hall of Fame inductees You Am I, Tim Rogers has a career that spans 30 years with over 20 albums, 10 ARIA awards, countless TV, Film, Theatre appearances and best-selling books to his name. These up close and personal performances featuring this respected entertainer are not to be missed!
