13th February 2025 – Following in the footsteps of “Old News” that featured on the ‘Maktub’ project, Marnz Malone has enlisted UK singer-songwriter Sharna Bass for “Old News Pt. 2”, set to feature on the sequel mixtape ‘Sabr’. Set to land on February 14th, ‘Sabr’ is a cohesive mixtape that flaunts Marnz Malone’s effortless artistry, further solidifying his position as an artist to watch. Gaining previous support from The Guardian, Complex UK, COLORS, Mixtape Madness, CRACK Magazine, and more, “Old News Pt. 2” is a further taste of what’s yet to arrive from the trailblazer.

MARNZ MALONE Bio
Rapper Marnz Malone is one of the hottest prospects in UK music. Born and raised in Spanish Town Jamaica, he moved to England around the age of 6 years old, more specifically Birmingham Newtown.
His Jamaican roots influenced his music heavily and he was constantly surrounded by music “Vybz Kartel & Movado’s clash at Sting was probably the first time I realised the impact of music because the whole gaza vs gully thing was massive where I’m from.” Moving to Newtown in Birmingham, the rap scene there began to influence him, and this is where he realised the power of music.
His love and enjoyment for music and the emotions it makes you feel made Marnz Malone take that step further and begin recording his own tracks, realising it could change his life and the lives of those around him.
Releasing a steady number of projects with his debut ‘Trenchfoot’ in 2022, ‘Maktub’ in August 2023 and ‘Tina’s Boy’ at the beginning of 2024, all representing different times and feelings throughout his journey, allowing him to say things he struggles to say.
Drawing from personal experiences and struggles, Marnz Malone creates an emotive, raw, vulnerable and honest sound that connects to his listeners on a profound level and captures them.
