Secret Sounds is thrilled to announce that electronic art-pop band Surfing will join US hypnotic pop group TV Girl to open stages across Melbourne and Sydney on their highly anticipated Australian tour next month.
Formed in the early 2010s, Surfing is an Australian band known for their distinctive fusion of electronic and dream pop music. Leroy Honeycomb and Penny Van Hazelberg first gained widespread attention with their debut album Deep Fantasy, which has been celebrated for its nostalgic and atmospheric soundscapes. Surfing’s music often evokes a dreamy, retro-futuristic vibe, drawing inspiration from 80s pop culture and cinema. With a dedicated following within the underground electronic music scene, the duo is praised for evocative melodies and immersive production.
This news comes after tickets for TV Girl’s initial tour dates were exhausted within minutes of going on sale, prompting venue upgrades to meet the overwhelming demand. Shortly after, the Sydney and Brisbane shows officially sold out, leading Secret Sounds to add a second Sydney date to the tour. With Melbourne now joining the list of sold out shows, any fans wanting to catch TV Girl on their long-awaited Australian tour are encouraged to jump on it, with remaining tickets for their Sydney show on 17 July selling fast. Head to secretsounds.com before it’s too late!

My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
