Renowned singer, songwriter and musician Tyler Childers says his new album is “a collection of songs I playfully pieced together as if I was pitching a group of songs to Elvis. Some covers, one co-write, and some I even wrote in my best (terrible) Elvis impersonation, as I worked around the farm and kicked around the house.”
The album follows the success of lead single ‘In Your Love’ and its tearjerking viral video ‘In Your Love’, which documents a rural LGTBIQ+ love story.
Rustin’ in the Rain finds the twice-Grammy nominated Tyler on a prolific run that includes last year’s triple album, Can I Take My Hounds to Heaven?, which featured songs presented in three distinct sonic perspectives and helped gain him a reputation as one of country music’s most fearless and unpredictable artists.
