UK singer-songwriter NEWTON FAULKNER has announced a run of Australian tour dates in support of his The Very Best of Newton Faulkner World Tour, taking in Fremantle’s Freo. Social on Friday 15 November, Adelaide’s Lion Arts Factory on Saturday 16 November, Brisbane’s Triffid on Monday 18 November, Newcastle’s The Cambridge – Warehouse on Tuesday 19 November, Sydney’s Oxford Art Factory on Wednesday 20 November, Melbourne’s Croxton Bandroom on Friday 22 November, and finally an appearance at Queenscliff Music Festival.
Newton Faulkner brings his dynamic acoustic guitar-pop back to our shores, after delivering standout sets at last year’s Bluesfest and national headline dates.
Since the breakout success of the multi-instrumentalist’s 2007 double-platinum debut ‘HAND BUILT BY ROBOTS’, featuring viral hit ‘Dream Catch Me’, Newton Faulkner has sold in excess of 1.5 million records globally with 180 million streams, making him one of this millennium’s most successful UK singer-songwriters.
Displaying this storied career, Newton Faulkner released a 31-track album ‘THE VERY BEST OF NEWTON FAULKNER… SO FAR’ earlier this year, with brand new tracks ‘Don’t Leave Me Waiting‘ and ‘Take What You Want‘ and all the favourites from his last 6 albums, plus a selection of the incredible covers he has become known for. Dripping with Newton’s charm and musicality, these re-imaginings are mainstays of his playful live set, and include iconic songs like Lady Gaga’s ‘Million Reasons’, Blackstreet’s ‘No Diggity’, and Massive Attack’s ‘Teardrop’.
In addition to Newton Faulkner’s warm, feel-good vibes, audiences will be treated to the intricate guitar-work and rhythmic mastery of this commanding performer, who is world renowned for his acoustic performances which see him solo on stage with samplers and stomp boxes at his feet.
The multi-talented performer has also delighted in rock musicals such as award-winning American Idiot and the legendary Jeff Wayne’s UK Arena tour of The War of the World. He’s penned songs and produced for films including 2018’s Terminal (starring Margot Robbie), and collaborated with the likes of Mumford & Sons.
Tickets are limited for these intimate shows.
Be enthralled by the live show of Newton Faulkner this November.

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
