Live Interviews

This week, Australian heavy music fans will hit the road to Tarwin Lower as the gates to heavy music heaven open for the first time in what feels like forever. To add to the anticipation, UNIFY is stoked to today add an exciting addition to the festival, introducing live UNIFY TV interviews!
Hosted by the one and only Richie Hardcore, UNIFY TV Interviews will take place at the festival’s Circus Stage. Catch a breath between the killer sets and moshpit moments as you take in candid conversations with some of the best Australian artists of the moment.
Not only featuring interviews with your favourite acts, UNIFY TV will also host important panel discussions including a talk on the environment and sustainability with Sea Shepherd Australia Dive Coordinator Kate Parker, UNIFY Gathering Festival Director and Co-Founder Rhett McLaren and Ocean Grove vocalist Dale Tanner. Learn as the three discuss how we can all make a difference and reduce our impact by making small changes, what UNIFY is doing to protect the environment and reduce its footprint as well as take in Kate’s exhilarating experiences serving on the frontline of ocean conservation.
Then delve into health, fitness and self-care with a panel discussion on prioritising a healthy lifestyle and wellbeing with Alex Reade of Drown This City, Joshua O’Donnell of Banks Arcade and Brit de Groot of UNFD Run Club. Take notes on the alternative and more active ways to catch up with friends over partying and drinking, on holding yourself accountable and the positive impacts that looking after yourself can have. This panel will have you going against the grain and thinking how you can take better care of yourself in a culture that often glorifies doing the opposite.

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
