“[Bishop Briggs is] delivering the most revealing and emotionally resonant songs of her career.” – Billboard
“Briggs has experienced several life changes since her last album, and is wondering what she’s even chasing anymore — but the care given to that exploration makes [“Good For Me”] and [‘Tell My Therapist I’m Fine’], worth absorbing in full.” – Billboard

Fearless vocal powerhouse Bishop Briggs released her new album Tell My Therapist I’m Fine via Virgin Music Group. Alongside the album, Briggs has also unveiled the video for ‘My Serotonin’ which made its broadcast premiere on MTV Live, MTVU, MTV Biggest Pop, and on the Paramount Times Square billboards last week.
“It has been five years since I released an album and I don’t think I could’ve ever stomached what has happened since then. I wrote ‘Tell My Therapist I’m Fine’ in pieces, on bits of paper, in voice notes, and alas in therapy,” shared Briggs of the album.
“The music in its essence and style is an ode to the bands my sister introduced me to when we were teenagers, most of which you would’ve heard at The Warped Tour and in grungy dive bars. I can see her singing the songs with so much verve and passion – it makes me want to cry just to think about it. I made this with the hope of connection with my sister, with all of you, and perhaps most unexpectedly with myself.”

After enduring life’s countless trials and tribulations since 2019, Briggs’ 10-track project honours the lighter, buoyant spirit her late-sister now represents in her life. She aligned with collaborators like Andrew Wells and Travis Barker – who is featured on ‘Isolated Love’ – to channel the sounds of formative emo bands (My Chemical Romance, Panic! At The Disco) that her sister introduced her to.
Briggs kicked off album release week with an exciting headline tour announcement. The “Tell My Therapist I’m Fine” Tour kicks off in March 2025 with 12 dates across North America. Tickets are on sale now. For more information, go HERE.
Briggs introduced this new musical chapter with the release of the powerful anthem ‘Triumph‘ which she performed on the Season 22 finale of American Idol. Since the releases of her 2018 debut album Church of Scars – which featured her massive multi-platinum hit single ‘River‘ – and 2019’s sophomore album Champion – in which the title track became an instant hit – Bishop Briggs has continued to make a name for herself, garnering over 3 billion streams. In addition to her own sold-out headline tours and delivering energetic festival sets across the globe, Briggs has also toured with Coldplay, alt-J, and Bleachers.

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
