“Colours in the Sun is phenomenal! If you enjoy both synth pop and metal, get the fuck in here.” – Metalsucks
“Another leap forward for a band ready for the big time.” – Metal Hammer
“It’s a monster!! Massive riffs, math-rock sensibility and 80s pop hooks. What more could you want?” – Prog Magazine
“They are doing no wrong in my books, they are on top of their game. When an artist in general finds their voice, this is what Voyager have done on this album”. – Mitch Alexander, Triple J

Voyager are going ahead with the rescheduled dates for their Australian headline tour, which will now happen in February 2021. The full list of newly confirmed dates can be found below. However, instead of a headline Brisbane performance, Voyager will now join forces with COG, Redhook, Osaka Punch and more for The Other Festival, being held on the same night.
Tickets are on sale now via Ticketmaster.com.au

Vocalist Danny comments on the tour: “You know what helps build something more than waiting? Waiting some more! So just as we were super excited to tour “Colours in the Sun” around Australia in 2020, we are at least twice as excited to bring it to you in 2021. We are going to be raring to burn off those isolation pounds on stage and bring you a smorgasbord of pent up Voyagerisms; more than ever, live music will have a whole new meaning and I can’t wait to see everyone’s smiles, some new 80s hairdos and some inflatable keytars – Runaway until 2021 Australia, see you very very soon.”

VEEPS SHOW EXTENDED
Australia’s premiere progressive metal act Voyager recently performed an online show, inspired by the legislation that was passed in Australia that prevented them from touring their latest album, ‘Colours in the Sun’. The show was initially taken down on November 1st, but due to popular demand the show has been put back online for fans who wished to watch again, and for those who missed out.
Fans can purchase tickets at Voyager.veeps.com
Voyager have now premiered a song taken from the performance.

If there is one word to describe VOYAGER’s most current form, it is colourful. After years of evolution and amassing worldwide influences that mould the Perth quintet’s unique sound, VOYAGER have truly come into their own in recent years, crafting a path of success both on and off stage. The genre-transfiguring act blend new-romantic and 80’s infused vocals, keytar solos, technical yet melodic fretwork, groovy bass and bombastic drumming efforts. All of which make VOYAGER the pop/prog/power/rock/metal force that they are renowned as today.

VOYAGER’s recent achievements
‘Colours in the Sun’ was recently the winner of The Independent Music Award in the Rock/Hard Rock Album category. The record was released in November of 2019 and landed a coveted #1 placement on the Australian Independent Albums chart! ‘Colours in the Sun’ also debuted at #7 on Independent Label Albums as well as #27 on Official iTunes Australia.
ICYMI: Earlier this year, VOYAGER’s music video for “Runaway” was exclusively premiered via ‘Eurovision – Australia Decides!’ Following an application via the Song Portal, the band finally received recognition for submitting a track and were paid tribute on the live television broadcast that aired on Saturday, February 8 on the Gold Coast.

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
