“The EP title, ‘The Decoration of Time,’ feels perfect for the sequence of tracks. It suggests that time isn’t just something we experience but something we can shape, color, and adorn with meaning. We are the creators of meaning through making and listening to music.” – Ward Andrews
After releasing two singles earlier this year, progressive house producer Ward Andrews unveils The Decoration Of Time EP – marking a major artistic milestone for the Arizona-based artist. Arriving just ahead of his EDC Las Vegas debut on May 18 – where he’ll perform on the Forest House Art Car at 8PM – the four-track EP showcases the rising producer’s signature blend of cinematic, emotive storytelling, philosophical themes, and immersive sound design.

The EP’s rollout began with the lead single “Future Memories” – a track created to redefine the way music, memory, and time are experienced. Exploring the concept of time, it captures the feeling of being suspended between the past and what’s yet to come. Its immersive soundscape creates a continuous loop of emotion, blending nostalgia with endless possibility.
Next was “Uncharted Course,” a track that captures both the physical treks that carry us from one place to another and the inner journeys that challenge, transform, and deepen our understanding of ourselves and the world around us. With sultry pads, euphoric melodies, and evolving soundscapes, it mirrors the momentum and heartbeat of explorers and risk-takers, offering a sensory experience designed for deep listening, emotional clarity, and self-discovery.

Today, Andrews drops the full EP, which includes two brand-new singles: “Prologue” and “Infinite Composition.” Opening the project, “Prologue” sets the stage with the theme of time – layering ticking clocks, distant horns, and a cinematic build that feels like stepping into a dreamscape where time bends and expectation builds. It’s an overture for the journey to come, evoking the feeling of boarding a ship bound for uncharted territory.
“Infinite Composition” follows as the third track, a hypnotic and expansive piece that continues the central artistic tension of the EP: a sonic push-and-pull that challenges the idea of linear time. With swirling arpeggios and evolving layers, the track reflects on time as a looping, generative force. It’s a meditation on movement, creativity, and the endless flow of inspiration – a reminder that beginnings and endings are often indistinguishable.
The Decoration Of Time reflects Andrews’ unique ability to craft music that feels both deeply personal and widely resonant. Across four tracks, the EP explores the emotional terrain of memory, motion, and meaning. Each piece acts as a chapter in a larger story, weaving elements of nostalgia, forward momentum, and philosophical inquiry into a cohesive sonic journey.

A seasoned creative in the art and design space, Andrews has found new inspiration in music, treating it as another medium for storytelling. His background influences every track he creates – from the cinematic arcs to the visual worlds he builds around them. Inspired by the hypnotic energy of 70s disco, lush textures of 80s synthpop, and rhythmic drive of 90s house, Andrews blends nostalgia with forward-thinking production, resulting in compositions that are both familiar and refreshingly original.
With an artist project born during the pandemic, his debut single “Do You Hear Me Now” garnered 90,000 streams, followed by his sophomore track, “Timbavati,” which amassed 100,000 streams. His release “Now or Never” caught the attention of Swedish label LoudKult, marking a key milestone in his musical evolution. Andrews has also performed at major events like Goldrush Music Festival and Decadence Arizona; supported artists including Genix, LUTTRELL, Jerro, and Romain Garcia; and he hosts a new radio show on Insomniac Radio, Creation Park, airing the second Wednesday of the month at 8pm PT.
With a multidisciplinary creative lens, a growing fanbase, and a debut at one of the world’s largest electronic festivals, Ward Andrews is proving that he’s more than a producer – he’s a storyteller shaping his own artistic universe. The Decoration Of Time is a bold and thoughtful debut that invites listeners to step outside the bounds of traditional dance music and into a world where time is not just a measure, but a medium.

My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
