A few hours ago, the gates were thrown open for the first Groovin the Moo (GTM) Festival of 2018. Last night, the final tickets for GTM Wayville were snapped and we thought it was a good time to keep you up to date on some fun and important information.

Our Festival Essentials guides are available to download under the Set Times tab of your relevant GTM. Here are some fun things happening at each event.

WAYVILLE
We challenge you to find the illusive Rave Cave. Let’s just say some portaloos are more fun than others!

MAITLAND & BUNBURY
Our friends at Heaps Gay are bringing their super fun party from GTM Canberra to Maitland and Bunbury. Check out the Heaps Gay Milk Bar and enter a world of disco, dance and diamantes.

CANBERRA
Royal Blood have teamed up Cattleyard Brewing Co and Capital Brewing Co to develop their very own GTM beer. Make sure you try Royal Brew, a refreshing blood orange New England IPA at the craft bars in Canberra.

BENDIGO
Want to see what it’s like to play on stage to thousands of people? You can at Bendigo thanks to Stand On Stage With VR – our free Virtual Reality experience.

Start planning your schedule, discover new artists and check out the new personalized playlist feature, which creates a playlist based on the artists you “favourite” within the app. Download from the App Store and Google Play.

OTHER NEWS
The ACT Government, Cattleyard Promotions and the STA-SAFE Consortium can confirm that the first Australian pill testing trial will take place at Groovin the Moo Canberra, this Sunday 29 April. The trial does not condone illicit drug use, however will provide an opportunity to encourage people who are considering using illicit drugs to modify their behaviour in ways that reduce risks of harm to their health.

Further enquiries relating to the pill testing trial should be directed to Minister Fitzharris’ office (on behalf of ACT Health/ACT Government).

TICKETING INFO
Tickets are available online via www.gtm.net.au or www.moshtix.com.au, by phoning 1300 GET TIX (1300 438 849), or at local outlets (visit our website for a full list of outlets in your area).

moshtix is the only official online ticketing outlet. We urge you to double check you are purchasing from moshtix only, and not a third-party ticketing website (such as ViaGoGo, Gumtree, ebay etc). We cannot confirm the legitimacy of any tickets purchased via a third-party ticketing outlet and don’t want to see our genuine GTM fans scammed out of their money.

To save you from any extra stress, ensure you already have a moshtix account (and you know your username and password!) and if not, then don’t forget to sign up for an account in the next few days.

If you are purchasing on behalf of your friends, make sure you have everyone’s full name and date of birth ready to go – double check these! If you need to reissue a ticket for the incorrect spelling or DOB, there is a $6 reissue fee, so make sure it’s correct to start with!
