Sweat It Out is proud to announce a new publishing division focused on the development and nurturing of new creative talent. Having helped launch the songwriting careers of RÜFÜS DU SOL, What So Not, Crooked Colours, Dom Dolla, Motez, Winston Surfshirt and many more, the Australian born music powerhouse is expanding its creative arm with a focus on songwriting.
The announcement comes alongside an expansion of the Sweat It Out Publishing roster with new artists Mickey Kojak, PRICIE, Ric Rufio, Mazy and Matilda Pearl joining the team as a new breed of songwriters. Also long time Sweat family artist Crooked Colours join on a full songwriter publishing agreement.
Sweat It Out Publishing are also thrilled to announce its inaugural writers camp. Hosted across a range of studios in inner Sydney the camp will feature artists Dom Dolla, Crooked Colours, Felivand, KLP and Set Mo + more. To make it even greater SIO is holding one spot on the camp for Australia’s next great songwriter! One lucky vocalist or producer will be joining us for the camp, jumping around studios across Sydney with some of the best songwriters in the country.

To enter the competition simply head to the link below, throw in some personal details and submit a SoundCloud playlist of your music. The winner is chosen by the SIO A&R team and put up for three days of writing with some of the country’s finest writers.
The camp will coincide with a special one-off live performance from new Sweat It Out signings PRICIE and Matilda Pearl at Oxford Art Factory on March 24. Tix are on sale now.

My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
