Sydney pop talent
releases his first single ‘COMMITMENT’
along with a dynamic, high powered music video
JOSH RECK will release, ‘Commitment’, his first official music video and single, Friday July 21, 2017. It will be the first single off of his Story Teller EP which is lined up for release late September 2017. With music production from Justin Bieber’s very own sound engineer and a leading-edge music video to boot, ‘Commitment’ will stand out above the latest pop-talent coming out of Australia.
This introductory single was recorded and mixed at Sydney’s Studios 301, the studio house of Australian Pop royalty past and present (Jessica Mauboy, Reece Mastin, Guy Sebastian, 5SOS, Starley) and has played sanctuary to many international recording artists such as Lady Gaga, Jason De Rulo and Kanye West x Jay Z.
Josh recorded his Story Teller EP with Grammy-nominated producer Simon Cohen (Justin Bieber ‘Love Yourself’, Troye Sivan, Will.I.Am, Guy Sebastian) with mastering being taken care of by in-house mastering engineer Leon Zervos (Rihanna, Dami Im, Vance Joy).
“ I made a basic demo myself, at home after writing the lyrics and arrangement.
Once Simon and I began adding all the various elements and harmonies with what I had,
the song started coming together. We got ‘Commitment’ laid down in just two days! “
– JOSH RECK
To go along with the high energy nature of ‘Commitment’, Josh envisioned a dance routine for its music video right from the get go. Having never danced before and wanting to stick to his guns, Josh worked closely with a choreographer in the lead up to filming and has a new found love for dance. The release will certainly push the emerging independent artist to the forefront of his genre.

My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
