SECOND LINE-UP

For 2017

VOLUMES FESTIVAL is excited to announce it’s second round of artists in 2017.

Joining some of the country’s most promising acts such as Gold Class, Willaris. K and Body Type across an eclectic range of genres will be Straight Arrows, Hideous Sun Demon, Terry, Huntly, Exhibitionist, Publique, Shady Nasty, Sunscreen, Luen Jacobs, Matka and Burning Rose DJs – proudly rounding out a line up with 50% female-led acts.

Light, sound and sensory installations from Sam Whiteside and Danny Wild will also be in attendance at the festival, working together on special collaborations with artists to create unique sets and immersive experiences for audience members to interact with each performance. Volumes Festival will also be working with Sydney’s Future Classic on a full label collaboration, taking over the Oxford Art Factory for the late night with Jonti, Fortunes., World Champion, Bus Vipers and Future Classic DJs.

Now presenting more than 50 of the most exciting and interesting emerging artists, labels and collectives of Australia’s creative community across four stages, the young multi-venue festival further attests its dedication to reigniting Sydney’s inner city, whilst also priding itself on being an inclusive event, welcoming music from all genres and people of every background in a safe space.

The festival will be taking place on Saturday 19th August across Oxford Square and the surrounding area including iconic Sydney live music venues Oxford Art Factory, The Cliff Dive and Brighton Up Bar.
