Mental health music charity, Listen Up Music, announced on November 9 that for 2022 Torch Fest will be coming to Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne and Brisbane. They are now adding more artists to join the already stacked line-up for each of the events to help shine a light on mental health.
Joining the first leg of Torch Fest in Sydney on Saturday the 19th of February at Max Watts include David Taylor, Annie Bass (DJ Set), Chelsea Warner, Elysaé, Jesabel, Marsh es and Your Girl Pho. They are joining artists including Bec Sandridge, AYA YVES and Imogen Clark.
In Canberra at the UC Hub on Saturday 5 March, Charley, Gretta Ray, The Million and Swaré join the likes of Sputnik Sweetheart, The Shang, AZURE and more.
Georgia Mae will be joining WILSN, Jess Locke, Alexander Biggs, Benjamin Trillado, Jade Alice, The Mamas and RARIA amongst others in Melbourne on Saturday March 26.
Wrapping up at Brisbane’s The Triffid include new additions, Clara Fable, Georgia Mae, Hazel Mei, Jeremy Neale and RockIT RAVE. These artists join the likes of Tori Forsyth, Karl S. Williams, Nicole McKinney and more.
For the unacquainted with the Torch Fest events, all acts will perform a Torch Song representing the light that has helped them through any hardship and/or mental health challenges. The festival will distribute battery-powered torches to event-goers for them to light up during each Torch Song, recognising the importance of making it through those experiences whilst commemorating togetherness and support.

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
