Gold Coast producer duo Rave Radio have teamed up with Dutch vocalist Amanda Collis, bringing their A-game for new track ‘I’m Okay’. ‘I’m Okay’ combines pop and dance together in a big way, featuring a playful organ hook and unforgettably infectious vocals from Amanda Collis, giving us a ray of hope about surviving a breakup, served up in very catchy house song.

Rave Radio explain how the song came together, “’I’m Okay’ was written whilst we were in our two weeks of hotel quarantine when we came back from living in Bali – we were face to face with the feelings of loneliness and anxiety. The lyrics in the track are like a journal entry on being mentally okay during a breakup and that its okay to be single. It is a different direction to previous Rave Radio releases, but we think it shows our growth as artists.”

Rave Radio had an absolutely epic 2019 touring the globe. Well known for taking the ‘DJ set’ stereotype and absolutely blowing it out of the water, the duo combine live drums, sampling and vocals with their energetic mix of bass heavy genres to bring you their unique sound.

Racking up a combined 18 million views on Facebook and over 10 million streams, they’ve established themselves as serious international crowd pleasers. Having performed north of 100 shows in 2018 across 11 countries, Rave Radio has gained a loyal social media fan base along the way, with support rolling in from industry heavyweights like Martin Garrix, Hardwell, David Guetta, Dyro and Laidback Luke.

Dutch singer-songwriter Amanda Collis’ bombastic style combines a poppy sound with electronic influences that provides a danceable, modern groove, yet at the same time her lyrics are pure, intuitive, and right from the heart. Amanda wants to inspire people to talk about their feelings so was a perfect fit to work with Rave Radio on ‘I’m Okay’.
