Fresh off the back of a showstopping performance at Splendour XR and premiered last night on triple j Good Nights, Client Liaison today unveil their brand new single and music video “Elevator Up”. Following the heavenly “House of Holy”, “Elevator Up” takes fans deeper into the divine discotheque in the latest instalment from the duo’s highly anticipated new album ‘Divine Intervention’, which will now be released on Friday October 1st.

Despite fans having to wait a little longer for their ‘Divine Intervention’, brand-new single “Elevator Up” is your new anthem to either salvation or hell – choose your own purgatory adventure!

Written and recorded with Nick Littlemore (PNAU, Empire of the Sun), Harvey and Monte explain “’Elevator Up’ is our dirtiest club tune yet. The song is for nights that don’t want to end. Always on the move, seeking a higher high but forever stuck in the party purgatory between heaven and hell. “Are we going up? Are we going down? Are we going home? Are we staying out?

Directed by Peter Hume, the single comes alongside an official music video from another dimension where Monte and Harvey come face to face with the seven deadly sins on their elevator journey to a higher place.

Whether things are “going up or going down”, the unpredictable nature of the Australian touring circuit means the current scheduled dates can no longer go ahead. Client Liaison hope to meet loyal disciples on the dancefloor in the near future with rescheduled dates to be announced as soon as possible.

Melbourne fans never fear – as the two shows at The Forum on Saturday 2nd October will still go ahead. All other dates are cancelled, and full refunds will be issued to all affected ticket buyers from the place of purchase. As a result of these changes, the album, Divine Intervention, will also now be released on Friday 1st October.
