After a slight re-invention with their last two EP releases “Leather” & “Denim” DRUNK MUMS are back in full force with a Power Pop smasher entitled “ROLL WITH THE PUNCHES”.

Talking to Adam about the process he explains “Jake came up with killer lyrics & melody but couldn’t quite hit the high notes so we decided that he should record a low take and I would do a high and see how it turns out. Soon as we played it back everyone was stoked. We wanted to spice the song up a bit towards the end of the tune so we roped in Brent from DUMB PUNTS to twiddle his fingers over some keyboards and bobs your uncle”

A song with heart, Jake and Adam sing the lyrics word for word. This is the first time the band has sung in unison throughout an entire track and it aint bad for an accident.

The track is the first taste of their forthcoming 10 track full length album “URBAN COWBOY” expected to be released in November this year.

DRUNK MUMS will be heading off on tour in support of the single release.
