Not content with simply serving up a smorgasbord of the finest in national and international musical talent (see: Halsey, Disclosure, Peking Duk, Lewis Capaldi, Vampire Weekend and so much more), the party planning experts behind Falls Festival have offered up some delicious dessert, teeing up an impressive array of individual arts and comedy programs in Byron Bay, Marion Bay and Lorne!
FALLS COMEDY CLUB
Touring the East Coast and hitting the funny bones of Lorne, Marion Bay and Byron Bay audiences will be: incisive wizard of stinging wit Rhys Nicholson; finding the funny in heartbreak Steph Tisdell; purveyor of sharp one-liners Daniel Townes; identical twin musical-comedy duo Stevenson Brothers and sardonic, unique and sassy stand-up Gen Fricker.
MC duties will be taken up by Cameron James in Lorne and Marion Bay, with Kristy Webeck keeping the show rolling in Byron Bay.
RANCHO RELAXO, LORNE
Rancho Relaxo is your very own mega lifestyle precinct, with an eclectic offering of craft sessions, yoga, live music, meditation and dance workshops, discussion panels, divine massage, universal markets, healthy food options, specialty bars and of course the infamous late-night silent disco!
SMALLS FESTIVAL, MARION BAY
Smalls Festival is the perfect place for families and kids to get creative during the festival! You’ll find imagination stations, crafty fun, live graffiti walls, all kinds of workshops from kooky pet rock making to floral masterpieces, ninja challenges, jumping castles, face painting, bubble zones, giant games, rope mazes and more! Plus every activity is free!
AREA 51, BYRON BAY
Prepare to storm Area 51! They can’t stop all of us!
Looking for the unexpected? Area 51 is the lifestyle precinct, the festival within a festival, where you can sip a cocktail by the pool, indulge in a spot of table tennis/beer pong, get lost in a stone age (silent) disco, maintain your morning yoga routine or exercise your inner artist at our outdoor gallery ‘You’ve Finally Made It’. Curated by Byron Bay local Andy Mac – “I’m thrilled to be the 2019-20 artist in residence for Falls Byron. Festivals are a coming together of friends old and new since the dawn of human time. I’m looking to create moments of surprise, delight and serendipity for music lovers and festival goers”.
In the spirit of all this fun, Falls have also introduced a fancy-dress theme for New Year’s Eve at all East Coast locations – NEON NIGHTS! Bright, punchy and as tropical-fruity as patrons want to take it.

Cash is so 2018! Everywhere on site at Falls this year will be accepting completely cash free payments. Yep that means NO CA$H! All Bars, Food Vendors, Markets and Merch will only accept card or mobile payment.
