“..the group channel a simultaneous ferocity and charm that’s difficult to balance in the alt-rock world..” – PILERATS

“It was no longer a surprise that their sold out shows were filled with adoring audiences who knew every syllable to every song.” – TRIPLE J

Set to tour nationally this March, April and June, with new shows announced in WA, today Perth four-piece Great Gable unveil their jaunty new single Another Day via Rainbow Valley Records.

Destined for the festival stage and late-night jams, Another Day pulsates with swaying, infectious grooves and intricately layered instrumentals.  The song was produced by Matt Corby and Alex Henriksson and recorded at Rainbow Valley Studios.  “Another Day is about looking at things in hindsight and feeling restless when things don’t seem to be going on track. It’s also about chasing gratification from others when you should really first appreciate yourself and what you’ve achieved,” says guitarist Matt Preen of the track.

The new single follows on from Great Gable’s recent single Hazy –  the first new music since their critically acclaimed 2020 debut album Tracing Faces, and their first with new label Rainbow Valley Records.

Great Gable’s success has been years in the making, fuelled by a non-stop flow of new material and relentless touring.  With a fervent, die-hard fanbase, and renowned for their mesmerising and commanding live performance, they’ve supported the likes of Ocean Alley, The Jungle Giants, Thelma Plum and Psychedelic Porn Crumpets and performed festival sets at Groovin The Moo, Falls Festival, SOTA Fest and Wave Rock Weekender amongst numerous sold-out tours.
