Due to unprecedented demand, Illusive Presents and Frontier Touring are thrilled to announce a huge tour expansion for Lil Dicky’s July tour of Australia and New Zealand.

In a few short days, tickets were sold out across Auckland, Sydney and Melbourne. To meet the demand, venues in Auckland and Sydney have been upgraded, with the Sydney show now taking place at Hordern Pavilion (previously Enmore Theatre) and the Auckland show now taking place at Logan Campbell (previously Powerstation). All tickets originally purchased are valid for entry into the upgraded venues, and additional tickets are on sale now.

Further, a second show at Forum Melbourne on Monday 16 July has been added to meet unprecedented demand. The Frontier Members Pre-sale for this show begins this Wednesday 18 April before tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday 20 April.

Lil Dicky ushered in 2018 with an explosive new single ‘Freaky Friday’ (out now through BMG) featuring Grammy-winning, multi-platinum selling entertainer Chris Brown, which has garnered more than 128 million views on YouTube since its release. The track topped charts around the world, including New Zealand, and for the last two weeks has peaked at #4 on the ARIA Charts.

The innovative video parodies the film of the same name, depicting Dicky and Brown switching bodies and their subsequent hilarious interactions parallel to the original trading places plot. Lil Dicky enlisted some high-profile friends like Ed Sheeran, DJ Khaled and Kendall Jenner to make guest appearances, making for one surprise ending.

His 2015 album Professional Rapper debuted as the #1 Rap Album, #1 Comedy Album, #1 Independent Album, and #1 Digital Album on the Billboard charts, and #1 overall on iTunes. Featuring ‘$ave Dat Money’, and title track ‘Professional Rapper’ featuring Snoop Dogg, ‘Pillow Talk (feat. Brain)’ and ‘Molly (feat. Brendon Urie)’, fans should expect to hear a mixture of future chart topping jams and beloved tracks from his catalogue.
