and EP announcement

MANE (Paige Court) is an unstoppable talent and a rising LGBTQIA+ indie alt-pop star, who today unveils her eagerly anticipated single, ‘Flowers’.
A vulnerable yet whimsical alt pop anthem for those who struggle with social anxieties. ‘Flowers’ beautifully encapsulates the emotive essence of longing to escape a situation you never truly desired. The sonically spacious and tensioned filled verses bring you into MANE’s relatable experiences through clever metaphors and imagery and when the percussive pre-chorus hits you can’t help but feel a lightness that makes you want to sing along. The chorus explodes with MANE’s unmatched vocals into a freeing melody, fitting for the car ride home.

It’s a profound reflection on MANE’s personal struggle with social anxiety, both within and outside the music industry, and the overbearing sense of needing to prove herself amongst the suffocating weight of expectations.
“I struggle with social anxiety, in general and also in the music industry, where I feel like I always have to prove myself in one way or another.” MANE explains.
“The pressure can be unrelenting and possessive and it sucks. Sometimes I ask myself, why am I here and why am I putting myself through all this extra stress? I could be at home with my person, dog, family or my pals.”
Flowers’ was written in December of 2021, in a beachside cabin along the South Australian coastline, with good friends and long-time collaborators Benny Tamblyn-Morrow (TUSHAR) and Mario Späte (Meg Washington, Tkay Maizda, Elsy Wameyo). The track is an introspective journey that delves deep into the human experience, resonating with listeners who have faced similar battles with their own inner demons.
MANE’s raw and vulnerable exploration of these emotions serves as a powerful testament to the strength and resilience of the human spirit. Through her music, she invites us to reflect on our own struggles, reminding us of the importance of prioritising self-care and seeking solace in the love that surrounds us.
Along with the release of the second single comes the announcement of the release date and name for her forthcoming EP ‘Caught In The Undertow’, which will be arriving in the world September 15th!

My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
