FEBRUARY 12 2024 – Globally renowned indie-folk troubadour Passenger (Mike Rosenberg) will make his return to Australian stages later this year in celebration of All The Little Lights (Anniversary Edition), marking 10 years since the release of the seminal and life-changing album that elevated the UK singer-songwriter from a touring street performer to an internationally renowned, Platinum-selling artist.

The headline tour begins on Thursday 17 October in Perth, and sees Passenger take over stages in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne throughout the month. Presale starts on Wednesday 15 February, with general ticket onsale on Friday 16 February at 10am local time. Find all date and details below.

Over the years, Passenger has delivered show stopping performances from street corners to stadiums and everywhere in between. The consistency of his output, his authenticity both on and off stage, and his unmatched charisma (with a healthy dose of humour) has won Passenger a dedicated global following, allowing him to headline some of the world’s most famous stages.

Alongside his countless global accolades, Passenger has a long and enduring relationship with Australia. In many ways the streets of Australia are the birthplace of his musical project, where Passenger built personal connections with fans busking and performing, and largely thanks to the support of his loyal community of fans Down Under, the connection has continued.

15 years since he first performed in, and subsequently moved to, Australia, the Aussie bond hasn’t been broken. Passenger’s 2010 album Flight Of The Crow – which features a host of Australian friends including Josh Pyke, Kate Miller-Heidke, Matt Corby, Katie Noonan and members of Boy & Bear – was made here, as was 2013’s All The Little Lights.

Along the way, countless sold-out Australian tours and accolades Down Under – including his first Australian number-one with “Let Her Go” which topped the ARIA Singles Chart for five consecutive weeks and subsequently going 7 x Platinum, before becoming the #9 best-selling single of the 2010s Down Under – have cemented Passenger in the fabric of the Australian music community.

“I love Australia and still see it as my second home,” Mike says. “It was the first place to really embrace me and my music. I’ve recorded albums, busked and played so many gigs here and have so many wonderful memories. I sadly don’t spend as much time in Oz as I would like to, but it’s always an absolute treat to come back and play gigs and catch up with mates. I really can’t wait to see you all again.”

All The Little Lights (Anniversary Edition) was released in October 2023 and became Passenger’s seventh Top 10 album in the UK. Entirely re-recorded and completely re-imagined, Mike Rosenberg (AKA Passenger) infuses this new set with another decade of experience and wisdom as he calls on friends like Foy Vance, Gabrielle Aplin and Nina Nesbitt for special collaborations. Through it all, he preserves all the spirit and soul of the original while breathing new life into these well-loved Passenger staples. With the album’s release came a brand-new video for the re-recording of “Let Her Go” featuring Passenger’s long-time friend and tour mate, Ed Sheeran. The original global smash single went #1 in 19 countries, and today it has over 6 billion combined streams, is the #2 most Shazamed song of all time, and remains the 16th most viewed video on YouTube of all time. The new version of the video boasts more than 150 million views across platforms.
