Have you always wanted to be a musician? When did you get the song writing bug? 
Actually I grew up in France. I started when I was 14 with djing. Playing from techno to hip hop/turntablism then moved on quickly to composition as soon as I could buy some studio equipment.
I was quite fascinated the first time my dad took me to a radio broadcast studio when I was 7-8. He used to be a broadcast technician in pirate radios in France in the 90’s. I still remember the first time I saw a Technics sl 1200 Mk2 turntable. 
It became my religion and the studio was my church.
Seeing passionate people, Mc’s, dj’s, music friends all united around the same passion made me understand that this is something I would like to dedicate my whole life to.

How would you describe your sound? Why do you think people resonate with your music?
Sophisticated music with mass appeal.
Since the beginning i always wanted to create something that doesn’t exist, something new with a strong impact on the peoples. I’m not following any trends, i just follow my instinct and I’m glad that so many people connect with what i create.

Which artist’s music and/or performance, past or present, inspires you today? 
Of course I’m inspired by a lot of different artists. Dolly Parton, David Bowie, Damon Albarn to name a few…
But in general, when I’m creating music I try to please myself. It’s a kind of selfish process.  My goal is to create timeless pieces of music.

Your new Single “Wild In Secret” is about to be released! Describe its origin and evolution. 
This new single “Wild In Secret” is my second collaboration with the singer Valeria Stoica.
We were on my porch talking and suddenly she said “I was wild in secret”. I said “let’s stop everything and go to the studio to write a song about this subject”. 
I had a song already written that fit exactly with that bittersweet feeling. We spent the night in the studio and this new single was born just like that, in a conversation.

Is there an EP or Album on the drawing board?
Actually I have a lot of new songs ready to be released. I will release a few more singles and then an album.
My goal is to flood the world with what I call “KADEBOSTANY POP”.

Any tours or events coming up soon? What are you looking forward to, and what can the fans expect?
We will be back on tour next year !
It’s a brand new show ! totally new line up with 2 main vocalists (a boy and a girl)
A horns section and myself with modular synthesizer and sampler.
Half of the show is made of  new songs and the other half is classic songs from Kadebostany rearranged in an exciting way.
This new show is not a classic show, it’s inspired by opera and Greek DRAMA.

How has COVID affected you to date? What have you introduced to balance the losses from missed events?
This allowed me to spend more time in the studio and i have a lot new stuff coming up. It allowed me to really focus on the music!

If you could perform with any music artist, Alive or Dead, who would you choose? And why? 
Maria Callas, David Bowie and Freddy Mercury. That would be quite magical I guess. 

Do you have any long-term aspirations as a music artist? 
Yes, I would like to make my country, the Republic of Kadebostany, prosper. To place it on the map of the great cultural powers.

What is the best thing about performing to a live audience? What’s been the career highlight so far?
You can be crazy and suspend time. We can make a vision, a dream come true during a show and take people to another world.
Too many unforgettable moments like playing in front of 120,000 people in Moscow, touring in Mexico and generally spreading KADEBOSTANY Pop music all over the world.

New single “Wild in Secret feat. Valeria Stoica” out on 19th November 2021

Kadebostany strikes again with another audacious single, the timeless and sophisticated pop anthem “Wild in Secret”.

Architect of future pop and creator of many chart-topping singles, the singular hit producer/composer Guillaume de Kadebostany joins forces once again with singer Valeria Stoica. “Wild in Secret” is the follow- up to the much acclaimed single “Take Me To The Moon” released earlier in 2021, which rapidly conquered both the radio charts and fans.
During a late-night recording session last summer, the magic operated again and “Wild in Secret” was born. The result is both spontaneous and unpredictable, and highlights once again Kadebostany’s acclaimed mastery of modern pop.
