Samantha Jade releases her new single ‘In The Morning’ through Sony Music Entertainment Australia. The Australian pop songstress has also announced that she will be opening for Pentatonix for their Australia/New Zealand tour this month.

Samantha has been teasing fans with cryptic, black and white visualisers on her Instagram as she releases more new music from her forthcoming studio album.

Just like ‘Bounce’, ‘In The Morning’ is a return to Samantha’s song writing roots and Pop/R&B sound. Co-written by Samantha Jade and long-time collaborators David Musumeci and Anthony Egizii of DNA Songs (Jessica Mauboy, Guy Sebastian), ‘In The Morning’ shows Samantha’s sultry side, as she playfully coaxes “We might be strangers tonight / but you’’ be in love in the morning.”

Speaking on the track, Samantha says, “’In The Morning’ was the second song I wrote when I started the writing process of my album with DNA. I love working with David and Anthony, we’ve done many songs together in the past, but I think this song is one of my favourites! It’s so fun, a little cheeky and a good get ready with your girlfriends song.” 

Fans will be able to catch ‘In The Morning’ live when Samantha joins three-time Grammy Award-winning and US multi-platinum-selling group – Pentatonix – on their five-date Australia/New Zealand tour in February.

“I’m so excited to be going on tour with Pentatonix. I’ve been a fan of theirs for a long time, I really respect how incredibly talented they are. It’s so hard to do what they do, I remember watching YouTube videos of them and being amazed.”
