Speaking to the collaboration ShockOne shares “I’m super stoked to work with Bright Sparks on this tune! It’s such a unique and energetic sounding vocal that matched my production style so well, but at the same time has a very different edge to a lot of more traditional vocals that you might hear on drum and bass songs. The tune has been killing it in my DJ sets of late so I’m really excited to get it out into the world. Hope everyone digs it!”

Hailing from Perth, the epicentre of the Australasian DnB scene, ShockOne has been at the forefront of the genre for more than a decade since the release of ‘The ShockOne EP’ in 2009, which featured the chart topping ‘Polygon’. Going onto release his groundbreaking debut LP ‘Universus’ in 2019 to critical acclaim reaching #1 on the ARIA Australian Albums Chart and #2 on the ARIA Album Chart, ShockOne has been non-stop in his pursuit of production perfection since. Between his infamous Warehouse tours and multiple festival appearances, he has produced a string of singles and remixes for the likes of DJ Snake, Dillon Francis, NGHTMRE & What So Not to name just a few. 2020 saw the talented producer take the next step in his artistic career to launch his own label Dark Machine Records, home to many of his own expertly crafted creations as well as a roster of forward thinking bass music artists.

Over the last twelve months ShockOne has been non-stop in displaying his unmatched sonic palette as he’s moved through the heavier, rave inspired ‘Say Woah’ to the totally euphoric ‘Heart On Fire feat.
