Full of tongue-in-cheek fire and brimstone, the swaggering track arrives just in time for Halloween. “Bury me six feet down below and I’ll be smiling when I go, damned if I do, damned if I don’t,” Swims croons, playfully comparing an all-consuming romance to a brush with evil. “She looked at me, then I sold my soul.” Swims runs with the metaphor on the soaring chorus: “She’s the devil in a dress, I’m in peril, she ripped my heart right out my chest.”

“Devil in a Dress” is the latest gem from Swims’ Sleep Is Exhausting EP after “Someone Who Loved You,” “2 Moods”, and “Dose”. In addition to teasing his latest project, Swims dropped a dazzling cover of Journey’s classic “Don’t Stop Believin’”, which blew up on social media garnering tens of millions of views on TikTok and Instagram. In August, he performed a special rendition of the song on America’s Got Talent with season 14 winner Kodi Lee and Journey founder and guitarist Neal Schon. Watch it HERE. In addition, Swims recently completed his first Australian tour where he performed across the country, including sold out shows in Melbourne and Sydney.
He also lent his powerful pipes to ILLENIUM’s “All That Really Matters” which recently hit #1 on US dance radio and MK & Burns’ “Better” as well as teaming up with pop superstar Meghan Trainor on “Bad For Me”.
With “Devil in a Dress”, Swims has yet another irresistible anthem to add to his already hit-filled setlist.

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
