Vintage Vibes, South Australia’s newest two-day music festival set for the Adelaide Hills on April 1st & 2nd, recently announced two new additions to its stellar line-up in San Cisco and Babe Rainbow

Boasting a line-up that already includes Gang Of Youths, Tash Sultana, Angus & Julia Stone, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, Hermitude, The Temper Trap, and Middle Kids, Vintage Vibes is set to be two glorious days of music, food, drink and activations, all culminating in the excitement of a major city festival within the relaxed atmosphere of the Adelaide Hills.

WA’s indie pop trio, San Cisco, have become one of Australia’s most successful independent artists amassing multiple accolades, millions of streams and critical acclaim through the release of four studio albums and have toured the world selling out headline shows and appearing at festivals such as Splendour In The Grass, Lollapalooza, Reading & Leeds, Central Park Summerstage, Pukkelpop and many more.

‘Between You and Me’ is the fourth album by the trio from Fremantle released in 2020, showcasing a dynamic shift, the record sees the band approach their most mature and refined sound yet whilst still retaining their signature core elements, featuring the singles ‘When I Dream’ and ’Skin’, the groove-laden ‘Reasons’ and standouts ‘On The Line’ & ‘Messages’.

Babe Rainbow are Northern NSW’s stoner pop cruzers, noted for their boogie psychedelia and throwback surf cult imagery. Rooted in 60’s psych and 70’s French surf pop the Babe’s musical style has evolved through their career exploring elements of woodland bop and disco, dub and more recently dance and international groove, yet has maintained an Aquarian quality built of Dowling’s spacemen singing style and Cool Breeze’s chiming effects-based guitar sounds.

In addition to San Cisco and Babe Rainbow, Vintage Vibes, in association with the South Australian Music Development Office, announced South Australia artists Violet Harlot, Kotara, Late Night Tuff Guy, Druid Fluids, Jack Truant and Trent Worley who will join the two-day line-up, along with Adelaide DJs Troy J Been, Felicty Aukett, and Audioporn.
